At Fayymont, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand by the quality of our products and are here to help if you are not fully happy with your order.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original packaging (if applicable)
  • With all original tags and labels attached
  • Free of any stains, marks, or signs of use

Please note: Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contactfayymont@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. In your email, please include:
    • Your Order Number
    • The name(s) of the item(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for the return (e.g., sizing, defective item, changed mind)
  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Types of Returns

1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please accept our sincere apologies.

  • Contact us immediately at contactfayymont@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
  • We will verify the problem and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  • You will have the choice of a full refund, a replacement item (at no cost to you), or store credit.

2. Returns for Sizing or "Changed Mind"

We understand that sometimes an item just isn't a perfect fit. If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or for a sizing issue, you are welcome to do so.

  • For these returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item and confirm it meets our eligibility criteria, we will issue your refund (to the original payment method) or

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to initiate a return for your original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the correct size or style.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed in US Dollars (USD), and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
