HOW CAN I CHECK WHERE MY ORDER IS?
After your purchase has been dispatched, you'll receive an email notification containing a tracking link that directs you to the shipping company's website. Using this link, you can monitor your package's journey and see real-time updates while it's being delivered.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
We understand your order matters greatly, which is why we process and ship orders promptly. Due to our quick fulfillment process, modifications cannot be made once an order is confirmed. We strongly encourage you to verify all information is accurate before completing your purchase.
WHAT'S THE PROCESS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
If you're not satisfied with your item, we'll gladly accept returns provided the product remains in its original state (with tags intact and showing no wear) and wasn't purchased during a clearance event. Keep in mind that we don't offer direct item-for-item exchanges!
After our staff processes your returned package, you'll receive a store credit with no expiration date, which can be used toward any product in our shop, including a different size if needed.
THE PRODUCT I'M LOOKING FOR ISN'T AVAILABLE. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
Items from our newest collections typically become available again within several weeks. We recommend subscribing with your email address to receive restock alerts, ensuring you don't miss the opportunity when items return to inventory.
I PROVIDED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS – CAN THIS BE CORRECTED?
Please reach out to us right away with the accurate address information. If your package hasn't left our facility yet, we might be able to update the shipping details. However, if your order has already been prepared and sent out, we unfortunately won't be able to make any modifications.
WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE IF MY ITEM IS WRONG OR DEFECTIVE?
We apologize that you've encountered this issue. Please email us including your order reference number, the item name or product identifier, a photo of what you received, and a description of the problem within 30 days from delivery.
